These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the gannmaster.in website and any indicator package, tool or educational material supplied by Gann Master Trading. By accessing this website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

We supply technical analysis indicators written in Pine Script for the TradingView charting platform, together with supporting educational material. Access is granted on an invite-only basis to a nominated TradingView username, for the duration of an active subscription.

Our packages are Gann Essentials, Gann Professional, Gann Master Suite and Gann Matrix. The features included in each are described on our Pricing and Indicators pages.

You will need your own TradingView account

Our indicators run inside TradingView and cannot be used without it. A TradingView account is obtained from TradingView directly and is not included in our subscription fee. Certain TradingView features — such as the number of indicators permitted on a single chart — depend on your TradingView plan, not on ours. We have no control over TradingView's pricing, availability or platform changes.

4. Subscriptions, access and renewal

• Subscriptions are sold on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.
• Access is granted to the TradingView username you supply. Please check it carefully — access granted to an incorrectly supplied username cannot always be recovered.
• We aim to activate access within 60 minutes of a confirmed payment during business hours. Payments made late at night or on public holidays may be activated the following working day.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. We send a renewal reminder before expiry; if a subscription is not renewed, access ends on the expiry date.
• A subscription is for the use of one individual. Sharing, reselling, sublicensing or transferring access is not permitted.

5. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the indicators before committing to a paid subscription. The trial is intended to be used once per person. We reserve the right to decline repeat trials to the same individual across multiple TradingView accounts or email addresses.

6. Intellectual property

All indicator source code, chart templates, written material, images and branding on this website remain the property of Gann Master Trading. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the indicators on your own TradingView account for as long as your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

You may not decompile, copy, redistribute, republish or create derivative works from our indicators or educational material, whether or not for commercial gain.

W. D. Gann's methods are historical public-domain techniques. Our implementation of those methods in code is our own original work and is protected accordingly.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or our products to break any applicable law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the service, or to misrepresent your relationship with Gann Master Trading. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these terms are breached.

8. Availability

We aim to keep this website and our indicators available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. TradingView platform outages, changes to Pine Script, exchange data issues and scheduled maintenance may all affect availability. We are not liable for losses arising from any such interruption.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gann Master Trading shall not be liable for any trading loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our indicators, website or educational material.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or CVV at any point. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final amount payable unless stated otherwise at checkout.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the version in force. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be notified by email.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
