Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 14 August 2026

This policy explains our position on refunds and cancellations. Please read it before subscribing — we would much rather you understood it now than discovered it later.

In short: we offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the indicators thoroughly before paying anything. Once a paid subscription has been activated and TradingView access has been granted, refunds are not available for the current billing period.

Why the policy works this way

Our product is digital and is delivered immediately. The moment invite-only access is granted to your TradingView username, you have the complete indicator suite — there is nothing to return, and the delivery cannot be undone. This is why we put a genuinely useful 14-day trial in front of the paywall rather than offering refunds afterwards.

We would encourage you to use the full trial period. Load the indicators on the instruments you actually trade, on the timeframes you actually use, and satisfy yourself that they suit your method before subscribing.

Free trial

  • 14 days, at no cost, with no payment details required to start
  • Request it at gannmaster.in trial request, or ask us on WhatsApp
  • Intended for one trial per person

Cancellation

Subscriptions do not auto-renew, so there is nothing you need to cancel to avoid a future charge. If you choose not to renew, your access simply ends on the expiry date. We send a reminder before that date so it does not take you by surprise.

If you wish to stop using the service before your paid period ends, you may of course do so, but the remaining period is not refundable.

Upgrading to a larger package

Upgrading is not a refund, and nothing you have paid for is written off. When you move to a larger package — or from monthly to annual billing on the same package — the unused value of your current subscription is converted into extra days on the new one.

The conversion is by value rather than by days, because a day of one package is not worth a day of another. We take what you have paid, work out the share you have not yet used, and divide it by the daily rate of the package you are moving to. The result is rounded to the nearest whole day, and the figure is shown to you on the payment screen before you commit.

For example: twenty days remaining on a monthly Gann Essentials subscription at ₹1,999 leaves roughly ₹1,333 unused. At Gann Master Suite’s monthly rate that buys about eight extra days, so the new subscription runs for thirty-eight days rather than thirty.

Two consequences follow from this, and we would rather you knew them in advance:

  • The subscription you are leaving ends when the new one begins. It is not refunded separately, because its value has already moved.
  • If that subscription had already expired, there is nothing unused to carry across and no credit arises.

We do not process a move to a smaller package or a shorter term at checkout, since that would mean charging you for less than you already hold. Please write to us instead and we will arrange it properly.

Paying twice by mistake

If a payment is made twice for the same package on the same TradingView username — a double-click, or a second attempt after a slow page — tell us and we will refund the duplicate in full. We would rather return the money than keep it. Our checkout tries to prevent this happening, but no check is perfect and the mistake is an easy one to make.

When we will issue a refund

The policy above is not a licence to keep money we have not earned. We will refund you in full where:

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription period
  • Payment was taken but access was never granted, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
  • You were charged in error — for example, a payment made against an expired promotional price or an incorrect amount
  • The indicators cannot be made to work on your account at all due to a fault on our side that we cannot fix

In those situations, contact us and we will put it right. We would rather refund a payment than have someone feel they were treated unfairly.

How to request a refund

Email hello@gannmaster.in or message +91 77080 12358 with your payment ID, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount typically appears within 5 to 7 working days.

Failed and pending payments

If a payment fails, no amount should leave your account. If money has been debited but you did not receive access, it is usually a payment left in a pending state — this normally reverses automatically within 5 to 7 working days. Contact us with the payment reference and we will check it against our records straight away rather than leaving you to chase your bank.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please talk to us first. We are a small business and we answer our own messages. A chargeback raised without contacting us costs us a dispute fee and takes far longer to resolve than a direct conversation would.
