COMMON QUESTIONS

How do I get access after payment?

After payment, send your TradingView username to us via WhatsApp (+91 77080 12358) or email. We will grant you invite-only access within 60 minutes during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM IST). You will then be able to find the indicator under "Invite-Only Scripts" in your TradingView account.

Can I use the indicator on multiple TradingView accounts?

Each subscription covers one TradingView username. If you need access on multiple accounts, please contact us for a multi-account pricing arrangement.

Which TradingView plan do I need?

You need at minimum a TradingView Essential (paid) plan to use invite-only scripts. TradingView's free plan does not support invite-only indicators. We recommend TradingView Pro or Pro+ for the best experience, especially for intraday work with multiple indicators.

Can I switch plans or add more indicator sections later?

Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference for the remaining days of your billing period is prorated. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange an upgrade to the next plan.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Your TradingView access will be revoked on the expiry date. The indicator will stop showing on your charts. You can renew at any time to restore access immediately. We send a renewal reminder 7 days before expiry.

Do the indicators work on NSE, BSE and MCX?

Yes, all indicators work on any symbol available on TradingView — NSE equities, BSE equities, NSE/BSE F&O, MCX commodities (Gold, Silver, Crude), Forex (USDINR, EURUSD etc.), and Crypto (BTC, ETH etc.). The Group M Session Settings lets you configure the correct market timezone and session times for each market.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 14-day free trial on the Master Suite or Gann Matrix — one per user — so you can evaluate the indicators thoroughly before committing to a paid subscription. Once a paid subscription has been activated and TradingView access has been granted, refunds are not available for the current billing period. Please use the free trial to ensure the indicators suit your trading style.

Can I see a chart demo before subscribing?

Yes! Check our Gann Academy blog for chart examples showing each indicator in action on real Nifty and BankNifty charts. You can also message us on WhatsApp and we will share live chart screenshots for any indicator you want to see before subscribing.
